Emergency Operations Center
Activation Levels

Level 1 - Full Activation
Full scale activation of the Emergency Operations Center. In a full scale activation, all primary and support agencies under the county plan are notified. The Emergency Operations Center will be staffed by Emergency Management personnel and all Emergency Support Functions. Operational hours will be 24-hours a day.


Level 2 - Partial Activation
This is a limited agency activation. All primary, or lead, Emergency Support Functions are notified. The Emergency Operations Center will be staffed by Emergency Management personnel and the necessary Emergency Support Functions. Operational hours will be extended as needed.


Level 3 - Monitoring
This is the normal day-to-day operations. The Emergency Operations Center monitors potential threats to our Community. Notification is made to county agencies and Emergency Support Functions who would need to take action as part of their everyday responsibilities. The Emergency Operations Center operates at normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
